“On the nose comes the full ester blast, as you would expect from a DOK. On the palate then quite balanced and a bit tamer. Quite astringent and dry on the palate.”

“Vert good drop, ABV level is perfect en very well integrated. Also delicious as an addition in a daiquiri. 17/05/23: Compared to RX11282 At first it’s rougher around the edges and appears less balanced. More peppery from the alcohol. But after some time that fades away and becomes more part of the whole thing. Difficult to pick a favorite, but maybe this one with 0.1 point? 😅 Ah who cares I’ve enjoyed them both. This one needed more time in the glass, that’s all.”

“Beautiful DOK with good alcohol integration. Ester not too dominant, but amazingly easy to drink. In the 2nd tasting again a slight upgrade, as he really thrilled me.”
