“Too woody for me, especially on the finish. Update 2023-08-19: Today probably the more suitable, because tropical outdoor temperature for tasting. After 30 min of breathing the tropical big city broth, the old rum presents itself clearly oily and only a little woody astringent, but still relatively bitter and not a bit fruity. So you can get one point more out under optimal conditions 😉.”

“Dry and wet wood. On the nose, smells of wood polish and turpentine. Taste-wise, I also had gas notes. Decent bitterness in the mouth, also rubber and pencil...a dirty Versailles. Overall less good than the Flensburg, but still very good.”

“Nice, but no more. In taste also somewhat watered down. And at the prices I expect unfortunately just more. In the second tasting a little better. Hintenraus nice plum note.”
