To Ten Cane
"Second tasting:After some time in the glass, the alcohol is no longer so disturbing. I relativize my rating but still (-4).This Ten Cane goes strongly in the direction of Caroni, in the nose still the familiar profile of Ten Cane with the almond and sour cherry aromas. But on the palate it really takes off: a lot of wood, nuts in between, the alcohol is very present, a lot of dark chocolate and lots of coffee and machine oil. The finish becomes more differentiated again with walnut, almonds and red fruits. Not the best, but a very good Ten Cane with a dirty side. And I am again intrigued by the sour cherry notes!"
Insgesamt ganz okay."
"Good finish. Chocolate palpable. However, alcohol sharpness in the mouth palpable."
