This rating is about the 2021 edition. Overall a very good rather complex Agricole Blanc from the Carrere distillery in Guadeloupe that’s fine neat and probably great in a Ti’Punch or a White ‘N’ Stormy. The nose is complex, smoky, soft, sweet and fruity with aromas of artichoke, chestnut and citrus. At the palate it’s metallic, fresh, oily and fruity with flavors of mineral, copper, pineapple and sugarcane. During the rather long finish is rustic and and spicy with a flavor of pepper and hay.
For the price you get a lot here. I think it would also make a super mixer as well. Light wood and fruit as well as lovely cane and a nice spicy finish.
