To Carrere
"Wow the 81% are integrated very well. Blind i would say approx. 60%. It‘s like a solid agricole with some crazy notes of artichokes. I see this more as a mixing rum than drink it straight. Very nice as a sample 🤓"
"After resting for a good while this was a very nice surprise. Warm and intense with fruit and clear cane notes. I like the fermentation notes as well as freshness. I'd say price matches the quality."
Viel Fruch bzw. Zuckerrohr. Geht in Richtung Übereifer Papaya und vergorener Honigmelone. Also durchaus süßlich.
