“Tasted together with the Rumclub HD 2000 ED.21 (LROK, RX11190) and Kill Devil Jamaica 2007 (C<>H, RX1921)Already the color is more similar to the 07'er.Nose: Stronger than the ED.21 but more one-sided. Powerful esters and overripe pineapple and a little marzipan. Again great similarity to 07'er C<>Mouth: an ester steamroller! The entire mouth space is immediately filled. Alcohol and barrel influence show through. But the flavor explosion also dissipates relatively quickly. Almost identical taste and mouthfeel on the C<>H.Finish: The barrel influence gets stronger. Kingsheaven and Kill Devil are virtually indistinguishable.I am now certain: the Mark LROK on the Kingsheaven is a mistake. Blind I would not be able to tell the Kill Devil and the Kingsheaven apart.”
