“When I opened the bottle, I was not convinced at all. But after oxidizing, it reveals a nice potential.the mouth and the nose are coherent.what is interesting in this rum is the way it evolves during the tasting. First we feel rather the green coconut, the grape then the side chocolate coffee comes in force. The caramel and vanilla coat the whole. A salty note makes you want to go back to it, even if it is quite heavy.the alcohol is rather well integrated.very good with foie gras!”
