How does this rum taste?
- Minty and fruity profile
- Smooth and approachable
- Good quality-price ratio
The Green Label Trinidad Rum by Cadenhead’s is a limited release from T.D.L distillery, distilled in 2003 and aged for 18 years. Known for its minty and fruity nose with eucalyptus and subtle spices, it offers a minty and mango-forward palate. Many users appreciate its well-balanced character despite the 46% ABV, making it a smooth choice even for beginners. While praised for its unique minty profile, some users find it less distinctive compared to other Trinidad rums. Priced affordably, it stands out in quality-per-price metrics, but the limited bottle count makes it a rare find.

"Quite intense despite low ABV."
"Good, but nothing special. May also be due to the low %. Recently, many TDL's came out, which clearly put this one in the shade."
"A good (not too woody or varnishy) 2000's TDL that was sold 72€ by Dugas here in France. Best RQP rum of 2022 for me!"
