“The Calvados cask influence is clearly recognizable without being too dominant, but also makes the whole very dry, bitter, woody and you can almost taste the pectin of apple peel. The whole thing together with young wood, some cocoa, brine, light chili and salted caramel, olives, glue and lots of spices and subtly smoky... I like it much better when I try it again 1 year later! Nice thing!”
