The "Raw Cask Four Square Rum" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Blackadder. It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 64,4%. This is a limited release and there are only 279 bottles. Sorry for spamming wit these older tastings, still have a long way to go ☺️ Once rested this is a nice and fruity rum. If not rested it will bite you. The balance is pretty good between the elements. Draws really nice curtains in the glass and the empty glass is super and the chocolate and caramel notes are clearer.
