It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 14 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. 19.03.2022 A nice evening planned by a friend of mine at this wonderful location. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light wood, faint smoke, round, light, light floral, spice, faint orange. Palate Light oily, round, light, light wood, light floral, faint orange, light marzipan, warm. Finish Medium long, light, light wood, light roasted, dried fruit, faint salt, light chocolate.
Très agréable au nez, rond, léger, légèrement vanillé, fruité. En bouche pour ma part, plus complexe, boisé, un peu piquant final assez courte.
