"The color is very dark and dense, the nose is full-bodied and explosive (you can smell it from a distance) with plums, raisins, lots of ripened, tea, leather, quince, damp wood, vegetables (olives), burnt sugar, some tobacco and chocolate, it really has a lot of personality. The palate is firm and firm with raisins, intense leather, plums, warm spices, gum/chocolate, sichuan pepper, tea, anise, light tobacco and some ripened. The finish is persistent and medium-long with added licorice, anise, wet wood and coffee. Really a great rich and complex rum, but it does not match my taste too much. In the empty glass moist wood, ripe and raisins. It fluctuates between 8.5 and 8.6 but objectively it is at least a 9. Thanks to Olivier"
