Ein richtig intensiver und komplexer Panama Rum, das Malbec Fass ist der hammer und kommt richtig gut. Vermutlich einer der spannendsten Rum aus Panama - außergewöhnlich gut!
Eine sehr intensive und einladende Nase nach Rosinen, geröstetem Kirschbaumholz, dunkler Schokolade und etwas Mokka. Geschmacklich kommen neben etwas Karamell und Schokolade viel Kirsche und Rotwein durch. Er kommt für einen Panamarum unglaublich kräftig daher. Angenehmer Abgang mit gerösteten Mandeln und Sauerkirsche. Ein toller Vertreter des spanischen Stils mit komplexeren und kräftigeren Noten als üblich. Ein Panama Rum mit Charakter. Gefällt mir gut.
Schön komplex, das Finish im Malbec-Fass zeigt ordentlich Wirkung. Lässt sich gut trinken, auch wenn der Alkohol hier nicht ganz so perfekt eingebunden ist.
Grundsätzlich wunderschöne Holznoten welche die Schokolade ergänzen. Der Alkohol ist mir persönlich aber zu intensiv.
