The Brut de fût was produced in Martinique at the Saint James distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler V&B. It was distilled in 2001 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 19 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57,6%. This is a limited release and there are only 1060 bottles.
