Le nez est doux et discret. Il est plutôt frais sur la menthe fraîche avec un côté très floral. On retrouve un nez légèrement iodé et fumé. En bouche, c’est doux, trop doux pour un blanc de dégustation. C’est logique avec 40% sous le capot ! On a en bouche du zeste d’orange et une certaine amertume et du soufré. Cela faisait même penser à un Vecchia Romagna pour Alexandre. C’est trop léger avec peu de longueur, et celle-ci est plutôt monolithique. En conclusion, le nez est intéressant (sans plus) mais en bouche il y a peu de plaisir car trop léger et peu aromatique.
