“This rum from the Beenleigh distillery in Australia is a release coming out of a collaboration between Ferroni and Guillaume de Roany. It has benefited from 3 stages of aging: First 3 years in Bourbon barrels on site in Australia Secondly 14 months additional ageing in Beaumes de Venise Muscat barrels Third and final a ageing in small 50-litre Pedro Ximenez sherry casks during a round trip between France and the Caribbean. After this aging it’s bottled in just 95 bottles. Overall a very tasty, smooth and elegant rum.”
