„Starting from the fact that you cannot compare white rums with aged rums for obvious organoleptic reasons, this clairin sajous is really crazy! I currently prefer them to their aged version. Rich in esters, olive, mineral (tastes like the sea) and complex. Magic!!! I could give much more if there was a distillation between white and amber rums.“

„C’est toujours un moment passionnant avec les clairins sajous. La fermentation sauvage apporte une telle différence de caractère que chaque année puissent être des rhums totalement différentes. Celui-ci est l’un des années bons, même si il est peut être un peu trop sec pour le goût de certains. Très savoureux et très buvable, même pur. Je l’ai mis sur la batterie des cocktails classiques aussi: Ti-punch: 3/5 Daiquiri: 3/5 Donga punch: 4/5 Rum sour: 5/5 (sérieusement, une des meilleures testé à ce jour, au même niveau que les rum sours fait avec Foursquare où Savanna) Très aimable.“

„👃 une fois aéré pendant quelques minutes ses notes florales saisissent. On se croirait dans un champ de fleurs au Printemps. Quelques notes citronnées également. 👄 bouche puissante, belle intensité aromatique avec un rappel de ces notes florales et légèrement citronnée. Finale moyennement longue mais très agréable. Ce clairin est séduisant de par sa singularité et sa personnalité.“

„Alcool très peu perceptible au nez. Quel joli nez de canne. Nez très intense. Un peu gras, du foin, j'ai aussi l'olive en saumure 🙂 c'est floral et herbacé également en bouche mais j'ai aussi de la banane. Très joli rhum. L'alcool en bouche est aussi très bien intégré et je trouve ça plutôt épatant pour un rhum blanc à plus de 56 degré !“
