How does this rum taste?
The "Nicaragua (Bottled for Denmark)" was produced in Nicaragua at the Secrete distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 69,10%. This is a limited release and there are only 242 bottles. No added sugar. 12 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.0/10. This was another huge surprise. What I really liked about this rum was the light smoky feel from nose to finish. Fruity with light spices, honey and tobacco. It has to rest for a while or the ABV will bite you and take a few hairs up your nose, but once ready enjoy 😂 Price to quality is very good in my mind. Surprise if the evening for all of us.
da muss definitiv ein Tropfen Wasser dazu, dennoch sehr lecker. aber der mit 66% kann auf jeden Fall mehr! Könnte blind auch als Foursquare durchgehen. Kokosnuss, dunkle Schokolade, etwas Orangenschale und viele, fast verbrannte Röstaromen vom Holz. Solide aber kein Highlight.
