It was distilled in 1995 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 60,5%. 19.03.2022 A nice evening planned by a friend of mine at this wonderful location. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light, faint wood, fruity, light pineapple, faint chocolate, faint mineral. Palate Light, round, light wood, fruity, overripe, banana, light pineapple, faint caramel, light chocolate, fresh. Finish Medium long, dried fruit, light wood, light chocolate.
Extremly mild FSQ, could have a more body to be perfect :)
