How does this rum taste?
Rhum Ambré Eleve Sous Bois from Trois Rivières in Martinique is a one-year-aged agricole rum distilled from sugar cane juice. With an ABV of 40%, it presents a complex bouquet of fruity, sugarcane, and vegetal aromas, accompanied by notable alcohol presence. The flavor profile mirrors these aromas, featuring sugarcane and vegetal notes with hints of spice and a light fruitiness. User reviews suggest its suitability in cocktails, while expressing reservations about its depth and bitterness when tasted neat. It may appeal more to fans of young, vibrant agricole rums.

Nez plutôt doux, surpris à la première inspiration. Goût léger et finale un peu plate
Manque de profondeur et final court. Trop léger pour un Ti Punch Ambré. Intéressant en planteur si mélangé avec un blanc qui a du coffre.
