"Overall it’s a very kind Agricole, maybe too kind. The nose is fruity, pleasant and floral but weak with aroma of sugarcane. At the palate it’s sweet, fruity and smooth with flavors of vanilla, grass and sugarcane. The finish is short to medium and smooth."
"11.12.2018 Enjoying samples at home. Colour Medium dark in colour. Nose Light, light wood, sugarcane, faint floral, faint chocolate, light menthol, berries. Palate Light, floral, light wood, light roasted, sugarcane, light orange, faint leather, spice, light chocolate. Finish Short to medium, light wood, sugarcane, light honey, light leather, faint chocolate, berries."
"This aged agricole has a bit of the expected vegetal aroma on the nose, but it is mostly covered by wood, vanilla, and apple. The taste is smokey and toasted with a shorter finish that is woody with spice. It tastes a bit like wood and smoke are masking some of the finer flavors of the rum rather than enhancing them."
"Tasting neat my new supply for mixing. This is very smooth, smell of honey and citrus, refreshing minerality with pepperness and anise. Alcohol well integrated."
