“Delicious Ten Cane with dark fruit and toasty notes. Not the best I've tasted from there so far, but good. In addition to the dark, dry notes, I still have a grassy note that shows up only very subtly and that I can hardly grasp. Unfortunately, also a bit spicy and for that taste too much restrained. In another barrel with a little more maturity, this could have been a really strong bottling. So for me to sort rather in the midfield.”
