“👃 is very harsh for me even after sitting in for good 15-20 minutes. Mostly it is synthetic, alcohol, paint thinners and wood but somewhere in the distance there is vanilla and chocolate, typical angostura nose but this time kind of harsh and alcoholic. 👅 Is also kind of chemical, synthetic and surprisingly enough a little bit fruity and minty too. I like mint but it is not very prominent in this one. After some time the vegetal notes are coming up front in the long finish. There are some notes that remind me (for me) very bad scotch such as Johnie Walker Red Label and its malt and grain. This taste however is mixing up with the mint in the finish so it is not that bad but I am not a huge fan of this rum. I will retaste however maybe the taste will change after different meal.”
