“This was an nice rum. Wood with a light touch of smoke from nose to finish. Fruity with spices and a hint of caramel. The finish is very long and warm and it's sad they didn't make more bottles of it. Price to quality is very good.”

“Similar to the 2011s, the yellow bottling of the 2009 vintage is also somewhat sharper - even if the differences are smaller here. The additional time in the barrel is good for the bottlings, but the big hit is not here either.”
