Velmi zajimavy pocin s kilchomanem. Bohuzel v ramci rumu to dostalo doat vyrazny dojezd po whisce. Za mne ktery jede i v kourovkach je to paradni kousek s jemnou whiskou hned po prvnich souskach postupne mizici a vystupujici agricola smetonovost a lehka korenitost.
Durch das ''Kilchoman''-Fass werden zusätzlich spannende Facetten zum eh schon feinen Rhum hinzugefügt. Mir gefällt es gut!
An intriguing rum with a whisky influence. The nose is imbued with smoky, peaty notes, typical of whisky. The rum adds a slight spiciness. The whisky comes first on the palate, with the rum bringing a sweeter, fruitier note behind. The finish is again dominated by smoky notes. A rum that may be unsettling at first taste, but is still enjoyable.
Opět brutálně prohulenej kousek. Jak bezdomovec na nádraží. Ve vůni je zcela dominantní whisky a kouř. V chuťi opěr člověk nejdřív chvílku cumlá popelníček, ale postupně se objeví i ovocně tóny. Nedávno jsem pil rum se stejným finishem od plantationu a tam mě to bavilo. Tady je to tak nějak divně moc. Edit. Ke konci vzorku to začíná být o fous příjemější, alw přesto si myslím, že je tento finish vhodnější pro melasovéo rumy.
