Gut gemacht. Das Rotwein-Finish schmeckt man etwas heraus. Trotzdem eine runde Sache.
War nach der letztjährigen Erfahrung mit dem ausgezeichneten Bellamys Rye Cask sehr gespannt. Das Rye Cask setzt sich für mich aber so gut wie gar nicht in Szene. Sehr weich, aber auch ein bisschen langweilig. Für Einsteiger trotzdem gut geeignet.
Dieser Rum ist kräftig und zeigt viel Profil im Vergleich zu den anderen 2021er Plantation Rums. Aber trotzdem noch recht blass.
