Unfassbar geile Nase nach Passionsfrucht Honig, Kumquat Marmelade und Honig mit Bananenbrot oder auch Geschmacklich setzt sich das ganze fort, ist extrem Süffig und an keiner Stelle zu Holzig Sondern sehr fruchtbetont mit schönen Noten von Orangenschale, Honig, kandiertem Obst, kandiertem ingwer, bitter süßen Kumquats, Bananenbrot und Honig. Der macht Spaß!

Probiert als 5cl Sample. Mein erster Belize. An der Nase zunächst ne massive Wand aus Kokosnuss, die alles andere verbirgt. Mir der Zeit schwenkt das mehr Richtung tropischer leicht säuerlicher Früchte, insb. Ananas. Später kommen würzig/holzige Noten dazu. Erinnert an Barbados mit ner extra Portion Frucht. Am Gaumen dann eine sehr schöne Süße, aber eher Richtung Honig statt Zucker. Dazu kommt eine schöne Fruchtige Note und schöne dunkle Aromen nach Kakao und dunkler Schokolade, die im Abgang zu leicht angebranntem Karamell wechseln. Dadurch das trotz des gewöhnlichen Profils viel zu entdecken ist würd ich ihn irgendwo mittig zwischen easy sipper und spannender Komplexität einordnen. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Freu mich schon drauf den 16y TRC Belize zu probieren.
