Pretty OK compared to the other previous releases. Still on the sweet side and good for beginners and dessert or an everyday rum. The nose is sweet with dried fruit, vanilla and a hint og oak. In the back i can fint a little coffee. The palate is sweet with fruit, vanilla and light chocolate. The oily palate also offers smoky oak with sherry notes. The finish is medium long with dried fruit and oak with a hint of chocolate. The nose the day after eminating from the glass is lovely.

This a perfect example of a tasty Spanish style rum. It's way better than the 2005 vintage. Avoid if you don't like sugared rum.

Die Nase ist einladend und man nimmt Früchte, Schokolade, Vanille, Holz, Kaffee und Melone war. Der Geschmack unterstützt die Nase und wird durch eine leichte alkoholische Schärfe und Süße unterstützt. Der Abgang ist mittel und unterstreicht den gesamten Eindruck. Ein sehr schöner Rum, nicht nur für Kenner, sondern auch für Einsteiger. Dieser Rum ist sehr zugänglich.
