The "Trelawny Endemic Birds (Lizard Cuckoo) OWH" was produced in Jamaica at the Hampden distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Velier. It was distilled in 2012 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 8 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 61,9% and the mark is OWH. "18.12.2021 Participating in a nice tasting given to me as a present. Nice hotel in a very central location. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, light wood, fruits, light pineapple, faint leather, cinnamon, light citrus. Palate Oily, light, fresh, light wood, faint roasted, light vegetal, fruity, banana, nutmeg, light chocolate, light leather. Finish Medium to long, light wood, light leather, fruits, light chocolate, light roasted."
