This is a very limited bottle and almost hard to find unless you go to auction. The madeira Cask shines through in this beautiful rum. First destilled by the famous Angostura Destillery and then aged 13 years in the Caribbean. The transported to Germany wjmgere it was finished in madeira barrel for another year. You may want to add a frew drops of water because the proof really burns if you don't.
granate. flüssiger pekanuss-zwetschgen-crumble mit Ahornsirup und dunklen Schoko Chips zum trinken 🤤🤤🤤🤙🏼 mega schöne Eigensüße und extrem gut eingebundener Alkohol. Zum UVP von damals ~50€ ein absolutes Schnäppchen!😅
Angostura macht schon schöne Sachen wenn man sie unverdünnt oder zumindest mit hohen %% abfüllt. Das süße Madeirafass passt m.E. sehr gut zum Rum, er ist zwar dadurch relativ süß geworden, aber auch sehr zugänglich. Die weinig-süßen Noten sind für meinen Gaumen etwas zu stark ausgeprägt, trotzdem ein sehr gut gelungener Rum mit gut integriertem Alkohol. Fazit: Schade, dass er bald leer ist.
Man schmeckt im Abgang das Madeira Fass eindeutig raus. Unterstreicht den holzigen Abgang mit süße und Nussigkeit.
