This one is incredible. It slaps you in the face with black pepper and some smoke at first, then mellows out and has some sweetness. Lots of roasty smoky. Got me feeling like the grinch when his heart grows 3 times.
Excellent big rum that has a lovely lingering finish. The sherry cask is apparent and pleasant. It’s smoky, buttery and peppery… great release!
