“At release the price was very good for this wonderful bottle. Leave to rest for a while in order to get the full experience from this nice rum. The nose is fresh and fruity with vegetal, wood and vanilla trailed by pepper. The palate is warm, lightly salty and fruity with pepper, roasted wood, vanilla nuts. The peppery note is also present here and it adds some heat to the palate. The finish is long and warm with roasted wood, fruits and vanilla. The flavours get even clearer if the empty glass is rested for an hour or two.”
