Neptune Foursquare Neptune Gold Rum
Most enjoy its light, buttery vanilla and popcorn notes as an easy, non-sugary Barbados rum. Critics find it thin, harshly alcoholic or even off-putting. Consensus: delicate, divisive, very mood-dependent.
Dry-rum fans and whisky drinkers who want a light, unsweetened Barbados rum with subtle vanilla, spice and buttery popcorn notes, best sipped neat or on the rocks.

How does this rum taste?
Dry, delicate and quite divisive
If you like drier, lighter Barbadian or entry-level whiskies, this could work; but if you expect classic, full-flavored Foursquare, reviews suggest it may feel thin and slightly harsh.
Those wanting rich sweetness, big Foursquare character, or beginners expecting an easy, soft vanilla bomb; also not ideal for cocktail drinkers needing bold flavors.

J’aime beaucoup ce rhum, avec une finale assez longue et douce avec du caramel, du café, de l’abricot et un goût persistant de viennoiseries qui fait que j’aime beaucoup ce rhum.
On The Rocks: On the nose it is very light and subtle with molasses, fruit, spice and oak with hints of butter and popcorn. Taste is a strong spice followed by some light oak a very clear buttery popcorn taste that continues into a medium finish. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose Pepsi Zero. Taste is smooth but nothing really stands out. It is very washed out mixed. This is a very delicate rum and should be sipped on the rocks.
Quite a nice rum. As the sixth sample from the rum calendar I liked it the best so far
Auto-translatedSpicy alcoholic buttered popcorn unique and enjoyable somehow, don't mix too delicate and muted to mix
