“Portwein finde ich sowieso ziemlich lecker und dieser Rum bekommt dadurch eine süße Fruchtigkeit, die sich komplett durchzieht. Neben dem komplexen Fruchtanteil gibt es Gewürze, Karamell und Schokolade dazu. Der mittellange Abgang wird dominiert von Pflaume und Traube, wobei die Süße den Rum sehr abrundet und ihn mild macht.”
