“24.10.2020 Lovely tasting arranged by one of my suppliers of rum. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, fruity, light wood, dried fruit, berries, sweet, Port. Palate Round, light, light wood, sweet, plum, Port, berries, spice, light roasted. Finish Medium long, lightly dry, faint nutts, dried fruit, sweet, plum.”

“I think port wine is pretty tasty anyway and this rum has a sweet fruitiness that runs right through it. In addition to the complex fruit, there are spices, caramel and chocolate. The medium-long finish is dominated by plum and grape, with the sweetness rounding off the rum and making it mild.”
