Sehr schöner Enmore! Überraschend wenig Fasseinfluss für das Alter. Nase und Geschmack sind sehr nah beieinander mit tropischen Früchten und Ester. Erst im Anhang macht sich das Alter bemerkbar mit bitten Noten und Tanninen. Sehr lecker! Zweite Verkostung: Unverändert gut, aber heute fällt mir die Süße besonders auf. Ein toller Rum!

Top versailles!
Very round profile with the typical Versailles pencil notes. In addition to these somewhat metallic-mineral wood notes, nice hints of tea, subtle sweetness, anise, licorice and yellow fruits. The alcohol is impressively well integrated - the profile is almost easy sipping at this alcohol strength, meaning very balanced, yet aromatically complex at the same time. Excellent barrel selection!
