“VSGBNose: not a classic Clarin, the oloroso cask has mellowed it considerably. Fruity it is, apple and honeydew melon with a little vinegar. In addition something vegatibles, maybe artichoke, green with something, like chamomile. Palate: hui, seems very sweet, sherry sweet, so quite full-bodied. Cherry, plum and dried, sulfured apricot. On the palate, the sherry fizz - as so often, or almost always - clearly drowns out the actual rum. If you like that, it is quite tasty, but for me always too monotonous and interchangeable. So also here.”

“Very nice delicious Clairin! I really enjoy this series of aged clairins! I would always prefer these aged to the unaged ones! Here you can taste all the lovely clairin notes, fruits and also woody roasted notes which comes from the barrel!”
