“On the nose still relatively fruity, in the taste then primarily roasted aromas, slightly salty, a little woody pear, spices such as ginger, green pepper and nutmeg, a lot of herbs such as sage and thyme and overall I lack the fruitiness here and he is also too woody and dry for me. For this he gets in the finish again a nice funky note with purely what has given him a few points more.”
