"03.05.2011 Celebrating the birthday of a fellow GuyTai with very good food, lots of beer and a few rums. Notes Dark to very dark in colour. Nose Fresh, wood, light roasted, caramel, citrus, light chocolate, faint coffee. Palate Oily, complex, wood, roasted, tannins, dried fruit, light coffee, light natural sweetness, light tobacco. Finish Long, oily, wood, light roasted, tannins, raisin, faint chocolate, light coffee."
