How does this rum taste?
Panama-Pacific Aged 15 Years brings in a nose full of caramel, vanilla, and raisin—"gerade nach einiger Zeit im Glas gefällt mir der Geruch sehr gut" (Rum&More). Tasters highlight chocolate and young wood on the palate, with a balanced profile rather than an overly sweet one. One RumX user found it "quite nice" for its juicy vanilla, caramel, and spice (Rick Meyer), while others note the oak and chocolate finally make themselves known after several sips. Not everybody finds it as smooth as expected, and a few wanted more intensity, but most agree it’s a solid, approachable rum for fans of Panamanian style.

For me the best of the Panam Pacifice Range. Typical Panama!
All the barrel notes you’d expect with a 15 year rum, but not over oaked by any means. Juicy vanilla, caramel and spice. Quite nice!
