Rhum de Martinique (St James que l on reconnaît assez facilement au nez). C est plutôt agréable à sentir. Au goût je m'attendais à plus de rondeur avec son séjour dans le fût de pineau des Charentes. Il est plutôt vif , limite astrigenten première bouche. Puis il s adouci progressivement pour laisser une fin de bouche assez agréable ,je dirais écorce d Orange et léger boisé .
Une belle attaque, vive et franche. Et ce finish pineau des charente se ressent bien. Superbe quille 😍
Nez assez fermé et les arômes en bouche très épicés. Finale brûlant avec un déséquilibre et une astringence boisé pas très agréable
