On The Rocks: On the nose moderate fruit and floral with underlying spice and alcohol. Taste has a moderate fruit and spice with some sweet oak undertones. Finish is short and sweet fading to a mild bitterness. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose smells like Pepsi Zero. Taste is very smooth and gentle with a mild sweetness and a slight spice undertone. Finish is short and sweet. This rum is much nicer mixed then on the rocks. Suggested to drink this way.
