To Depaz
"A balanced and very well-balanced rhum with finesse and a very nice interplay of fruitiness and wood spice. The price is also fine for me. I am very positively surprised that the fruity notes make it to the palate so beautifully."
"really good xo Agricole! nice balance of fruitiness, wood and spice without being exhausting or thin! Almost an easy sipping Agricole, similar to a really good xo cognac.Definitely what XO Agricole concerns my current benchmark!"
""No surprise, rather expensive for a standard. In summary, my tasting notes: On the nose: sugar cane, spices In the mouth: Sugar cane, spices, choco maybe, it's fine but a bit light for me""
"From VSOP to XO. Instantly tropical but also red fruits. Ripe cherry. Woody. Port. Orange. Impressive on the nose. Taste: again a tad dryer. Bitterness. The wood is more present. Sweet too. Fruity. Red fruits. Prunes. Tannins. Needs time to get usef to the dryness to get more fruit. Interesting tasting from white to XO. Every step is different from the one before but not taking it to a very different direction but rather adding delicate layers. Good good stuff."
