"The nose is typical Clairin. Lots of vinegar and fruits with smoke towards the end. Its very inviting. A little like a Mezcal. The palate is more vegetal than fruity. Lots of salty olives notes. Very similar to agave based spirit. Some sweet ginger hanging around in the mix. The finish keeps things in the fresh, green area but with some fruitcake and a lingering smoke. It's a very good introduction to Clairin. A little too thin compared to other Clairins I've had but it holds up."
