Facts about the rum
The Exception was produced in Fiji at the South Pacific distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Famille Ricci. It was distilled in 2001 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 20 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 60.7%. This is a limited release and there are only 150 bottles.
