Facts about the rum
The Exception was produced in Guadeloupe at the Bellevue distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Famille Ricci. It was distilled in 1998 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 23 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57.3%. This is a limited release and there are only 150 bottles.
