“What a great bottling. From the beginning to the end. Nose: All the classic hampden notes, with a high impact of ester 🤤🤤🤤 Mouth: Here i found some really lovely notes of marmelade. Really delicious. The finish is quite long fruity and dry🤤🤤 The alcohol could be integrated better”

“tasted together with the Flensburg JMC HD 2007 / 12 years. It's really hard to tell the difference. On the palate, the 14 year old is perhaps a bit rounder (especially on the finish) but these are minimal nuances. In any case, both hit exactly what for me is the quintessence of high Ester Hampdens, the fat buttery fermented notes 😋.”
