On sent tout de suite que l'on est en Guadeloupe avec cette petite gourmandise (Crème / Confit / Caramélisé (sucre cuit) / Vanillé) qui s'ajoute à un jolie côté végétale (Vert / Foin). On trouve une belle fraîcheur assez classique d'un pur jus blanc (Agrumes / Épices) ainsi que des fruits et fruits sec (Poire / Mangue / Pruneaux / Abricots sec). Évidemment ce rhum ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard mais il est plutôt agréable a boire et nous offre une belle trame Guadeloupéen.
Son entrée en bouche est douce et agréable. On retrouve de belles notes d’agrumes et une jolie sucrosité. Sa finale pâtissière est malheureusement trop chaude et amère, ce qui rend la finale moins agréable que l’attaque. Mais celui-ci n’a pas été parfaitement mis à son avantage en dégustation pur, car ce rhum blanc agricole a spécialement été conçu pour confectionner nos Ti-Punchs que l’on aime tant et non pour être dégusté pur. Il va falloir donc remédier prochainement à cela en le testant en Ti-Punch comme le suggère et l’impose son étiquette …
