"An initial nose of glue and varnished wood, then fruit, lots of fruit, cooked banana and unripe pineapple. A vegetal side with freshness (menthol?) and flowers. A beautiful explosion of fruit, even flowers. The oak is light, allowing the other aromas to express themselves. The finish is long, on fruit with flowers at the very end. A beautiful fruity and floral rum with a splendid finish."
"Bild tasting #5: On the nose: column still in bourbon cask? Vanilia and some sweetness. Some fruits (peaches) and a light touch of mint. On the palate: Vanilia, some sweetness, artificial fruits from the outset, which evolve nicely with some time in the glas. Addendum: after an initial rather bad first impression, after c. 1h this evolved very much. Much more fruits on the palate and characteristic mint notes showing up. So significant update versus my first take. Cheers, Johannes for the set - was a blast to taste."
