The "Single Barrel" was produced in Martinique at the Rhum J.M distillery. It was distilled in 2000 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 20 years. "The nose of the J.M is quite beguiling... Fruity, sweetish and slightly malty. On the palate, however, it is not quite convincing, too light and thin, the aromas can only be perceived rudimentarily, the finish is very short. Too bad, the nose was promising"
